Christian Witness During A Genocide
Join us for a meaningful evening with Rev. Dr. Mitri Raheb, the most widely published Palestinian Theologian to date, for a timely conversation about Christianity in Palestine. For more than a decade, Dar al-Kalima University has been conducting research and creating a database about the Palestinian Christian Community. Dr. Raheb will share the outcomes of this research and speak about the invaluable role that the Palestinian and Arab diaspora plays in supporting the Christian presence in Palestine.

Lilies of Gaza Exhibition
The works of art are from the “Lilies of Gaza - Women Artists in Times of War” book. These works, preserved in digital format, bear witness to hope amidst genocide, reminding the world of Gaza’s enduring humanity. The originals were all destroyed in the bombing of Gaza.

The presentation entitled "Rebuilding Hope after the Genocide" will highlight 22 female artists from Gaza who’s work will be displayed in the OSLC art gallery.

Dr. Tala AlRaheb, the new Development Director for Bright Stars of Bethlehem, will be preaching about Peace at the 10:30 AM service. She holds a Ph.D. in Religious Studies from Emory University, where she specialized in World Christianity.
Lilies of Gaza Exhibit
On opening night, Tracie Ortman, Executive Director of Bright Stars of Bethlehem, will share stories of hope from Gaza and the West Bank. Pastor Andrew Daugherty, senior pastor of Pine Street, and Pastor Anne Scalfaro of Calvary Baptist Church of Denver, both serve on the Faith Leaders Advisory Council of Bright Stars of Bethlehem and are delighted to co-host this event.
