Dr. Tala AlRaheb, the new Development Director for Bright Stars of Bethlehem, will be preaching about Peace at the 10:30 AM service. She holds a Ph.D. in Religious Studies from Emory University, where she specialized in World Christianity. Tala's research and writing have focused on immigration, Middle Eastern and Palestinian Christianity, and gender studies. As a Palestinian Christian and scholar, her life’s work is rooted in creating spaces of hope and empowerment — where all Palestinians can live with dignity and abundance.
