Cladding on the outside of the buildings continues using decoratively chiseled local limestone. The tuck-pointing (filling in between the stone) has also begun, enabling a vision of what the completed building will look like.

The foundation slab for the auditorium is being poured and finished, and the walls for this final area will soon go up. The auditorium, which drops three levels below ground level, will feature a large performance stage and seating for several hundred people. Two levels above the auditorium the same area will be the main entrance to the college building, featuring a small dining area, reception offices and a main lobby.

The area under construction to the left of the main entrance will not be part of the college, but will part of Dar al-Kalima School, funded as part of the commitment by the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Jerusalem. This area will be outfitted with new laboratories for biology, physics, and chemistry.

The central area where the Tower Restaurant will be located has not taken on its signature shape as yet. However, construction on the the pass-through from Dar al-Kalima School to the new college area has been completed on the levels below the restaurant tower, as has the transitional wing at the juncture of these two wings. In this area is an all-purpose room, which will be used for programs for the elderly, physical training classes, aerobics, and dance.  There will be additional office areas in this portion of the building, as well.

As the cladding begins to rise on the façade of the buildings, we will soon see the installation of windows and doors, as well as the start to the interior work, plumbing, and electrical wiring, which should soon get under way.
