During the past month the progress on the buildings has moved along considerably despite the weather.  Construction delays, which are often the downside of the much-needed winter rains, were mostly avoided since the rain only came later in the month.  Perhaps the most noticeable addition to the site is the shell of the atrium area with the rooftop restaurant.  It is now easy to visualize what this area will look like just by seeing the formwork.  In addition to this area, the upper floors of the adjacent building have been completed.  There is only the final block-work to be done before the cladding and interior work can commence.  Certain areas are on schedule while others, due to the mild winter months, are actually a bit ahead of schedule.
